Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted one of those cosmetic train cases. A few years ago, I resumed my search for one, but was struck by one fact. I don’t wear or own enough makeup to warrant the purchase of an expensive and large case. Still, I love an organized home and having all my items sprawled on and under my dressing room sink wasn’t working out. To Amazon I went and I found the perfect solution for all my cosmetic tools and palettes. Snapware to the rescue!
Snapware is a very smart line of plastic cases I discovered years ago. As a matter of fact, before writing this article, I checked on Amazon and I’m still using the ones I bought in 2019. They’re THAT durable. I use them for everything throughout my home (stay tuned for future posts), and the best thing is they last forever, they’re inexpensive and you can’t outgrow them. If you buy another set, you can continue to stack and snap them together. My cosmetics use about 6 containers so that all my brushes are sorted. My lip care, eye pencils and every other color palette I use can be accessed quickly. When I’m done, what I have to take with me is tossed into my handbag and returned back at day’s end.
I can’t tell you how sublime it is to (almost) never have a messy dressing room counter. And because the containers are clear, I can see at a glance exactly which container I need. The one with lip glosses, the one with lip pencils, the one with…you get the point.
With the cases snapped together, It’s easy to grab my entire collection and take it to wherever I want for the best light. I love sitting in front of my window in the natural daylight with a mirror and all my items at my fingertips. No more running back and forth because I forgot the right brush, tool or balm.
With so many sizes and styles you can find the perfect Snapware for whatever you need to organize.
P.S. If you’re not already an Amazon Prime member (or the pandemic is eating at your wallet) you can keep or get all the benefits of Amazon Prime using your EBT, WIC or TANF card. It’s true! Check it out (and tell a friend or student you love!)
