In short, I’ve turned to only using distilled water for all my facial cleansing and rinsing. It can be timely but I use a lot less water AND cleanser. PLUS anything I already use works better not fighting to get to the surface of my skin through the residual deposits that hard water leave behind.
Sometimes I get a little lazy or need a quick rinse and this is what I use to avoid tap water. These are thick enough and sturdy enough for normal use.
I do not use these to CLEANSE my skin. Only to remove cleansers and such. Pampers Sensitive Water Based Wipes have become a mainstay on my vanity. At 54 my son has never been better than when I said goodbye to tap water. (I even filter my shower water now.)
Oh, and full transparency – the container you see is reused. I buy the 8-pack of wipes in bulk on Amazon and just reuse this sturdy container.
