Wow!! “Is Pho Saigon that good,” I wondered whenever I passed the packed restaurant on Main Street here in Hackensack, NJ.

All these years I somehow missed the pho bandwagon. I’ve never tried it before. Someone in my building had mentioned this place about a year ago and I finally ordered pork pho and a combination rice platter with beef and shrimp. I cannot believe how delicious it was. The second time I ordered, (yesterday) I decided to walk in just so I could tell them in person how impressed I was. The woman was so kind and I waited outside on a bench for my order. She brought it out to me when it was ready. And the bonus is they’re open for dining inside so even though it’s not large, it’s perfect for an afternoon of people watching while enjoying a tasty meal.
